Michael Lohan has been arrested.
The 64-year-old father of Lindsay Lohan was arrested on a domestic violence charge in Texas after he allegedly flipped estranged wife Kate Major out of a chair.
The Harris County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) told People that Kate, 42, was at a medical appointment on Friday (February 21) when she saw Michael in the parking lot of the building. A call was placed to 911 as she was “concerned he was following her.”
Keep reading to find out more…Kate told deputies that Michael had “flipped her out of a chair at their residence a few days earlier.” A female deputy also observed bruising on Kate‘s body.
Authorities said they made contact with Michael at his house later that day and was “arrested without incident.” He is being held on a charge of Continuous Family Violence and a $30,000 bond, according to HCSO.
If you were unaware, Michael and Kate married in 2014 and have been estranged since 2018 when she filed for divorce. At the time, she also requested sole custody of their two sons, Landon and Logan.
Michael was also arrested for allegedly assaulting Kate back in 2020.
